Located in beautiful Southwest Florida, Babcock National Golf & Country Club features an 18-hole course that provides an exciting golfing experience. Distinctive in character but consistent in quality, every hole was meticulously designed by Architect, Gordon Lewis. In addition to the golf course, Babcock National offers superb amenities such as a First-Class Clubhouse that includes a Bar, Fine Dining Restaurant, Card Rooms, Locker Rooms and more. There are Multiple Tennis & Pickleball Courts, A Resort Style Pool, Lap Lane Pool, Hot Tub / Spa and 3 additional satellite pools and Outdoor Grills throughout the community. Enjoy drinks and incredible food at the "Watershed" / Poolside Tiki Bar & Grill. *A minimum stay of 30 days or a full calendar month is required by the HOA. During high season months (Jan, Feb & March), rentals must begin on the 1st of the month.

*Completion of the HOA Transfer Membership forms & payment of a one-time $250 Social Amenity Transfer Fee is required. This fee applies per lease (not per person). All applications must be submitted at least 15 days prior to arrival.

*Amenity Card Policy: The HOA approves membership transfers & issues amenity cards only to the primary leaseholder, their spouse, & dependent children ages 16–21. Verification may be required. Amenity cards must be purchased on-site for $25 per card.

*Optional Golf Membership Transfer: Golf membership transfer is optional. Transfer fees are based on the length of stay. Your fee will be adjusted prior to final confirmation.

1 Month: $200
2 Months: $300
3–12 Months: $400
On-site cart rental fees apply per person, per round.

*Vehicle Transponders must be purchased on-site at the HOA office. $25 per vehicle.

*All fees imposed by the HOA or Golf Pro Shop are subject to change at the discretion of the board at any time.
