*Long term leases of 6 Months or longer are welcome. Please inquire for leasing details for stays in the off season months. A minimum stay of 30 days or a full calendar month is required by the HOA year round.
*During high season months (Jan, Feb & March), rentals must begin on the 1st of the month and be for full month long stays.
*Completion of the HOA Transfer Membership forms & payment of a one-time $250 Social Amenity Transfer Fee is required. This fee applies per lease (not per person). All applications must be submitted at least 15 days prior to arrival.
*Amenity Card Policy: The HOA approves membership transfers & issues amenity cards only to the primary leaseholder, their spouse, & dependent children ages 16–21. Verification may be required. Amenity cards must be purchased on-site for $25 per card.
*Vehicle Transponders must be purchased on-site at the HOA office. $25 per vehicle.
*All fees imposed by the HOA or Golf Pro Shop are subject to change at the discretion of the board at any time.
