*30-day minimum stay or full calendar month required
*January, February, and March leases must begin on the 1st of the month and be for full months
*HOA application and membership transfer required at least 15 days prior to arrival

*One-time social amenity transfer fee: $150 per lease
*Babcock National Amenity cards: $25 each (available onsite)
*Babcock National Vehicle transponders: $25 per vehicle (available onsite)

Optional bundled golf membership transfer is available with the rental:
1 Month: $200
2 Months: $300
3–12 Months: $400

Onsite Golf Cart rental fees apply per person / per round of golf.
