*A minimum stay of 30 days or a full calendar month is required by the HOA. During high season months (Jan, Feb & March), rentals must begin on the 1st of the month.
*Completion of the HOA Transfer Membership forms & payment of a one-time $250 Social Amenity Transfer Fee is required. This fee applies per lease (not per person). All applications must be submitted at least 15 days prior to arrival.
*Amenity Card Policy: The HOA approves membership transfers & issues amenity cards only to the primary leaseholder, their spouse, & dependent children ages 16–21. Verification may be required. Amenity cards must be purchased on-site for $25 per card.
*Optional Golf Membership Transfer: Golf membership transfer is optional. Transfer fees are based on the length of stay. Your fee will be adjusted prior to final confirmation.

On-site cart rental fees apply per person, per round.
*Vehicle Transponders must be purchased on-site at the HOA office. $25 per vehicle.

*This is a "Pet Friendly" Unit that is Available for Reservations. This property has keyless, no-contact check in for your convenience and provides one designated parking space. In addition, there is plenty of guest parking.
