All the comforts of home can be yours, including an Outdoor Gas Grill and the owners 6 Seater Golf Cart, if you choose to rent it during your stay. With an ideal location close to the amenity center including the Pro shop, clubhouse, restaurant, tiki bar & grill and the resort / lap lane pools! You will be able to enjoy all of the first class amenities that Babcock National has to offer! There are 2 bedrooms (Comfortable beds in both bedrooms), A Den / Study with a comfortable sleeper sofa & TV. There are 2 full bathrooms and a 1 car garage / private driveway. The owners store the golf cart in the garage, so there is no space for a vehicle inside the garage. You can park in the driveway or in the guest parking spaces nearby.

*A minimum stay of 30 days or a full calendar month is required by the HOA. During high season months (Jan, Feb & March), rentals must begin on the 1st of the month.
*Completion of the HOA Transfer Membership forms & payment of a one-time $250 Social Amenity Transfer Fee is required. This fee applies per lease (not per person). All applications must be submitted at least 15 days prior to arrival.
*Amenity Card Policy: The HOA approves membership transfers & issues amenity cards only to the primary leaseholder, their spouse, & dependent children ages 16–21. Verification may be required. Amenity cards must be purchased on-site for $25 per card.
*Optional Golf Membership Transfer: Golf membership transfer is optional. Transfer fees are based on the length of stay. Your fee will be adjusted prior to final confirmation.

3–12 Months: $400
On-site cart rental fees apply per person, per round.
*Vehicle Transponders must be purchased on-site at the HOA office. $25 per vehicle.
*All fees imposed by the HOA or Golf Pro Shop are subject to change at the discretion of the board at any time.
*Approval of Pets is handled on a case-by-case basis. Owners will consider, 1 Dog per reservation. (Sorry, No Cats)
*The 6 Seater Electric Golf Cart is stored & able to be charged in the Garage at all times. It is Available for Rent for an additional fee of $500 per month. Signature of the golf liability waiver form is required to rent the cart.
