*Amenity Card Policy: The HOA approves membership transfers & issues amenity cards only to the primary leaseholder, their spouse, & dependent children ages 16–21. Onsite Verification is required. Amenity cards must be purchased on-site for $25 per card.

*Vehicle Transponders must be purchased on-site at the HOA office. $25 per vehicle.
