*Amenity Card Policy: The HOA approves membership transfers & issues amenity cards only to the primary leaseholder, their spouse, & dependent children ages 16–21. Verification may be required. Amenity cards must be purchased on-site for $25 per card.
*Optional Golf Membership Transfer: Golf membership transfer is optional. Transfer fees are based on the length of stay. Your fee will be adjusted prior to final confirmation.

2 Months: $300
3–12 Months: $400
On-site cart rental fees apply per person, per round.
*Vehicle Transponders must be purchased on-site at the HOA office. $25 per vehicle.
