*A 30-Day Minimum Stay OR a Full Calendar Month is required by the HOA. All Rentals must commence on the 1st of the month during the high season months of January, February & March and be for Full Month long stays

*The HOA requires an Expedited Processing Fee of $200 for last minute reservations, Submitted 15 Days or less from your arrival
