The "Stanford" Single Family floor plan, with 2271 Sq Ft of living space, offers a large gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of room for enjoying meals with family & friends.

In the primary suite you will find a comfortable King size bed, with window views overlooking the lake and Sparkling Private Pool & Spa. Out on the large rear screened lanai, guests will enjoy the incredible Outdoor Kitchen, with plenty of seating - perfect for hosting afternoon BBQs. There are Two additional guests bedrooms, both with Queen Size Beds, and a 3rd guest bedroom with 2 comfortable Twin Beds.

*Social Membership Transfer Fee is $426 Per Reservation

*A 30-Day Minimum Stay OR Full Calendar Month is required by the HOA. Rentals must commence on the 1st of the month during the high season months of January, February & March.

*The HOA requires an Expedited Fee of $200 for last minute reservations. (15 Days or less from your arrival). Fees imposed by the HOA / Golf Pro Shop are subject to change at the discretion of the board at any time.
