The master Bedroom offers a King Size Bed, a TV, 2 Walk-in Closets and a beautiful En-Suite Bathroom. The spacious Second Bedroom has a comfortable Queen Size Bed. The Den offers a Queen Size Pull Out Sofa, a TV, Computer Monitor, Desk & Chair. This space can be used as an office, den or exta space for friends and family to join you.

*Golf Membership Transfer Fee is $532.50 Per Reservation
*A 30-Day Minimum Stay OR Full Calendar Month is required by the HOA. Rentals must commence on the 1st of the month during the high season months of January, February & March.
*The HOA requires an Expedited Fee of $200 for last minute reservations. (15 Days or less from your arrival). Fees imposed by the HOA / Golf Pro Shop are subject to change at the discretion of the board at any time.
