Applicable fees are paid directly by the tenant through the online platform and currently include a $150 non-refundable application fee per unmarried applicant, $50 non-refundable background screening fee per person, $30 platform fee, and an additional convenience fee calculated by the platform. HOA requirements and fees are subject to change at the discretion of the board.
